SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING AND HANDLING

We do our best to process most orders within 1 - 2 days, but all orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer premium shipping on all orders from our suppliers to the following countries and regions: The United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and others worldwide. Shipping typically takes between 1 and 2 weeks, though import and customs delays to certain destinations can extend shipping times beyond this window. You will be given an estimated date showing when you will receive your order, but just keep in mind this is the furthest time you'd have to wait as most orders placed come in much sooner then what is shown.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Pot Animal is NOT responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can check the status of your order at any time using your tracking number received via email.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us using our CONTACT page with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
